You can easily find and freeze the HP of your heroes using CoSMOS.
The HP (both current value and max value) is stored as a Double value and usually resides towards the upper regions of the memory used by the game. The addresses are only a few spots apart so you can easily find the others once you got one of them.
Note: If one or more of your heroes were downed before you changed the value, changing the value back to max will not remove the "downed" state. So it's better to change or freeze the value before that happens and just keep it frozen throughout the game.
