I can't seem to find the app on google app store, Tried the link, and tried manually searching for it still no bueno. Was it removed?

it seems France and Russia don't have it on their app stores. I would suggest giving it a bit since it might need to be looked at for a person locally

When trying to use the MELE trainer with the mobile app no options turn on through the mobile app ( I did launch the trainer through the mobile app ), and when I use the hotkeys the options turn on just fine. I have tested other trainers with the mobile app and they work just fine. I am thinking it has to do with the MELE trainer having 3 games in one trainer ( since you have to choose one before getting the actual trainer ). I do see game appropriate options in the mobile app but when I try and activate one it acts like it is going to work but then the option does not turn on unless I use one of the hotkeys. If there is a log file on my phone or on my pc some where please let me know and I will add it either to this message or a new message.

Am I right to assume mobile app is for Android devices only for now?

If so any plans on adding it for iOS?
