OK after playing around a lot, the only trainer option I cannot get to work under any circumstances is the multi-attack option3. The game is pretty badly made and causes various issues that can be dealt with, but option 3 I just can't get around.

I'm not sure how to make the game editor work. I start the game, then press F1 to activate the trainer. When the trainer activates a trainer menu pop-up appears in the upper left hand corner. I activate the cursor and I can activate the movement and etc. cheat functions by clicking on the boxes, but when I switch to the game editor screen I can't enter any values in the boxes. I tried alt-tab to gain access to the trainer outside the game screen. I can enter values in the editor there but they don't appear in the pop-up trainer screen in the game. I tried clicking on a unit on the game map, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

Nevermind, I figured it out. Correct me if I'm wrong, but none of the editor functions will work until you've founded a city. Of course research, money and stability wouldn't, since they aren't in use until a city has been established, but I thought that influence might be editable since influence has to be earned in order to establish a city.

Following copied from debug after launching game and pressing f1 to launch trainer. Ive tried clearing data from users/cheathappens, restarted pc and reinstalled trainer with no change.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Question. Several of my units in armies icons are red with an x through them. They still count as units but I cannot select them or move them and their health is listed as 0 but they won't heal. I am sure it has something to do with the trainer editor options that I set but I cannot get rid of the units even without the trainer running.

Please note that this garbage can of a game is updating 2-3 times today already.

We will have new trainer for it out soon, but it may be out of date within seconds of being posted

After pressing f1 to activate it waits a few seconds then fails. the error message says
