man .. i said, left hand on a keyboard, right hand on a mouse.
i was playing the game, cheats were already activated and you know, big map, using online map for hidden stuff and navigation .. changing windows with ALT+TAB, standard.
My left hand is on left side of the keyboard, switching the windows, right hand on the mouse .. and the overlay appeared .. without pressing the insert, because i was nowhere near that. Check image for reference.
It got me surprised how, thats all.
Just asking.

What exactly is your question? Why the overlay appeared? It does automatically show up on trainer activation, unless you disable it in trainer settings. Otherwise it show up when you press shift+Insert.

I tested it in Ghost Recon Breakpoint, it works fine, although when I switched the game to 4K resolution it makes the overlay very tiny so that it is unusable.

Is there an option for this?

C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\Trainer Settings

open global settings.xml with something like notepad and check after the line(s)

UseDarkMode true /UseDarkMode

see if the is a resolution setting you can change, mine is off so shows nothing, but this is where I would look to start.

There's nothing that points to any windows size or resolution, only windows positioning at the beginning.

I'm on 4k as well and it's not really tiny. There is currently no way to make it any bigger.
