No option to submit a ticket on Feedback, Complaints or Problems Message Board - Page 1

At the bottom of the support page Q&A this appears:

Submit a SUPPORT TICKET below with your username and your login email.

However, there is no option to submit a ticket "below".

Open support ticket button, then when done, leave a message button.

Works with button here on every page as well (if active in My Settings)

I too, do not see a button to submit a support ticket anywhere. Followed your links too.

Go to MY Settings>live chat and enable the chat bubble then use the red circle. Also clear all web cache and cookies.
