I know there isn't any ETA for trainers or even a guarantee for them, however this trainer was boosted/requested on July 13th and we are now at the 21st of July. Based on most other trainers, this seems like quite some time.

Just curious what is going on?

It is in a que right now there is six other games that have been gifted boosted on the list so far. I understand you are wanting the trainer but please be patent. I appologise for the wait you are having to endure.
