It sound like you're trying several trainers without much luck.

Either the trainers need updates or you might have forgotten how to run them accordingly.

Make sure you use the correct trainer depending on where you own the game on. Steam/xboxpass

I‘M Sorry，In the above post, I will report the error, not the problem of offline key. I specially send a new post to correct it，The win 10 version can be started normally, but when you press F1 to start, the voice will report the Failed，And give such feedback：

Are you fully offline line from the net. Also have you made changes to your system like hardware? If so that will need a new offline key.

Just tried it online and offline and it opened both times just fine.
