Dying Light Message Board  

Hey, first time making a post so lets see if this turns out good!
Im having an issue with this trainer opening a new windows off the trainer manager instead off opening the windows for the actual trainer for Dying Light.

Any fixes?

Opens fine for me alone, or with manager. Are they in the same folder or separate? Did you extract the trainer or just tell your computer to open zip files with the manager?

its weird because at first launch it ran the trainer just fine, i restarted my PC and it came up with a windows option to select what program i wanted to run the trainer with, which was weird. but after a second PC restart it just opens up a new window for the manager when i try to run the trainer. have trainers for other games that are working just fine, just this one that wont work.

Sounds like the antivirus got triggered.

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Please note that some security products may still block access to trainer injection even when disabled and must be completely uninstalled. If this is the case, please contact the product vendor for instruction on the proper way to prevent the trainers from being blocked by their software or find a better alternative.

Extract trainer and make sure trainer/launcher/editor is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed or set anything trainer related (paths and EXE's) to ALLOW. Disable any Live/Active/Real-Time tools which may trigger false positives in security software that may terminate the game/trainer when it's activated or options used.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens

may need to be added to exclusions as well. Click and select "Run as Administrator", read the instructions and try again.

Thanks Alot for the pointers and help, this is very new to me so the help is worth alot. Will backtrack and try all those things.

After following the above steps i noticed i had forgotten to add one off the maps to bypass the firewall. And its now working, Thanks for the quick help 😁
