Sadly I'll have to report the same problem as previous posts. The trainer activates just fine on the start menu and as soon as I try to load into the game it crashes to desktop.

I can activate the trainer while loaded into the game and every option works fine. But as soon as I hit the next loading screen it crashes the game to desktop again. 😒

EDIT: Oh forgot... I'm playing the game via Origin. Not sure if that matters, previous posts didn't mention their platform.

Confirmed, ME3 is still crashing after when the trainer gets engaged, mostly outside an mission.
Strange thing though is that the game also chrashes when you shut down/exit the trainer at the end of that mission. Then it still freezen on the load screen and exit back to the launcher

I am having the same issue with it crashing; also on origin. It happens at load screens (I've tried previous versions of the unified trainer and have the same issue).
For those having issues: have been able to use the 5/24/21 individual ME3 trainer (not the unified trainer) successfully.

the old version worked fine until the recent patch of the game, after this it had the same issue the new trainer has.

I have bought the game on steam, but it also runs on origin in the background i believe, At least it always starts origin in the background when i start the game, don't know the details there, sorry

No issues with the trainer on ME1 and ME2 for myself -- haven't made it to 3 yet.

So after doing all the full clean steps provided previously and using the newest AIO, ME3 still crashes on load when the trainer is active. It does not crash on load while inactive.

On a whim I grabbed the older standalone trainer for ME3 and.... It works... Doesn't crash on loading zones, and seemed to still work in combat (other than the shield option as that hasn't ever worked for me).

So I'd say give the older trainer specifically for ME3 a try, and if it works you can keep playing while they work on the AIO (phenomenal work as always guys!)

I have gone back to using the last standalone ME3 LE. I can still activate what I need and doesn't kick me out of game after a load scene has finished.

I can confirm that the old ME3 standalone Trainer is working. No freezing/crash on loading scenes.
My platform is Origin.
