According to the Read Me file that comes with the trainer.

"Squad Points:
Open ingame menu and click on 'Squad' first. You may need to reopen the squads screen to see it has changed."

Have you done this step?

Yes I have. Even when I have it opened on another character, any changes I make only affect Shepherd

Hmm. I haven't tried it in the last few days as I've already maxed them out now but what I did was:
* Select member I wanted to affect on Squad tab
* Alt-Tab to trainer and set the number
* Back to the member in game
* Click another member then click back to the one I wanted to advance.

If I wanted to add say 6 to two or all three, I locked the number then when done, changed it again and unlocked it.

EDIT: The above worked for ME-1 Leg but not working the same in ME-2. Only Shepard is getting them.

I receive a rather long error whenever I try to launch the ME1LE trainer from the multi trainer. I have launched with and without admin and before and after the game. I included a screenshot of the error. Thank you for your assistance. I am running the EA Desktop version of the game via EA Play through Game Pass on PC

The game is included in the $4.99 version of EA Play on origin so I just switched over. Thanks for the support.
