From what platform did you buy and are trying to launch the game from?

Steam and I tried launching from the trainer interface and then from Steam, both times the same message.

Usually if trainer can't find game it a security software that is blocking it. Add the trainer or folder it's in to your antivirus scan exclusion list and try. I'd also check the settings tab of the trainer and make sure the game path is correct for each title if you changed it. Link

Ok this time I went all the way into the game, not just starting the game, and it worked.

I have a strange issue when I'm trying to activate a trainer (I'm getting this error in every game from LE). I tested cleaning temp directories (manually and from TM 2.0), rebooting OS, running trainer as admin, disabling AV, validating .NET Core files, even validating game files using EA Desktop. In other games everything works as expected, only in every ME LE trainer is not working.

Did you do both the 32 n 64 bit of the .nets

.NET Framework Runtime 4.7.2 or above: dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework
.NET Core Runtime 3.1 ! : dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/3.1/runtime/desktop/ (Download Both!)

Did you download a trainer that released in or after December 2019? Please make sure you have BOTH the following:
dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-3.1.14-windows-x64-installer
dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-3.1.14-windows-x86-installer

The issue still persists but other trainers are working fine - I just tested Evil Genious 2, Resident Evil 8, No Man's Sky, and everything works fine.
Of course, I tried to re-download ME LE trainer.

You have to reboot when changing any .NET's, Also make sure to add proper exclusions to security software
