Hi so the trainer I'm having issues with is the Subnautica Trainer for the Windows Version. I tried to launch the trainer and it popped up about setting a default app to read .tmp files, I goofed and accidentally told it to use wordpad to read .tmp files, since I've done this I can't open the trainer no matter what I do, I've tried clearing the temp folder in %appdata% as well as the CheatHappens folder under %USERNAME% nothing I do seems to make it work, [Trainer did work just fine prior to the goof up] any and all help would be greatly appreciated

I've done that several ways and several times, hasn't fixed the issue sadly, I've even tried redownloading the trainer, making sure my windows defender and firewall are off and added exceptions. hopefully w/ everyone's help I'll get it figured.

Exclusions MUST be added, there is always a process for AV running in the background even if you "turn it off"

Not certain if you ready my original post, I stated that I have added exclusions and it did not fix the problem, as well as have turned off AV entirely, however I think I have been able to fix the issue, thank everyone for the help either way. this thread is going to be closed now since the issue has been resolved
