Legendary ME2 request for options

I am trying to request a new option for the ME2 Legendary trainer but I cannot get a saved game to appear, I have winrar and have tried the save folder and the saved game itself. The rar never appears in the window after I have selected it. Am I doing something wrong, or missing some instruction. Any help would be apprecicated.
