This is after the helicopter chase when you close your eyes. It seems like a lot of people, per the 'Discussion Boards' via Steam, are having this issue as well. I do not think the trainer has any influence on this issue. Looks like it's a big bug. 8( Just thought I'd pass this along as I am having the same issue and going back to the beginning would suck. Thanks for pointing this out. I'm having the same problem. Tried reloading older save without a trainer and still get this bug. Guess we'll have to wait for a patch.

That is indeed a bug hitting lots of people I wonder if someone has ever been through without bugging. We will have to wait for the devs or Nvidia/amd to give a patch. Trainer is totally out of that

I thought I was the only one who had this problem! I have tried numerous times reloading and restarting that level. Guess I'll have to wait until they fix it.

I'm not sure if this is because of the trainer or not but i encountered the bug involving the flash back scene, so i went back and decided to finish clearing the nests but since cancelling the mission if i have the trainer running i get intermittent problems, such as the zombies being invulnerable, weapons not firing when aimed at an enemy and fuel consumption being active with the cheat for unlimited enabled. has there been a hot fix/patch that i didn't notice or do i need to submit an update request.

Flash back seems to be a game related bug. Game devs will need to fix that.
