My best guess is this GPU usage is most likely just utilization and since certain games memories rely heavily on that utilization and your hooking a trainer to that memory, the trainer takes on the properties of that utilization, hence why the GPU is high on the trainer and not the game. If your getting a smooth graph with no spikes and you don't see stuttering it is fine. V-Sync/locking frame rates or not using the correct (or lower) graphics settings and having hardware too powerful also can contribute to this.

I am using max graphic setting in all games. I have i7 10900K and RTX 2080Ti. My resolution is 2k@165Hz

Problem is, when trainer is active, it is causing slowdowns and lag in the game. Also when I alt tab to desktop it gets even worse. For example, when I open a browser or even an empty notepad and try to write something, my typing is registered after 1-2 seconds. It is like writing in slow motion. After I close trainer it turns to normal.

I also tried setting Fixed Refresh instead of GSync in Nvidia Control Panel for the trainer but didn't help much.

This can happen when multiple things, especially graphics programs are tapped into the same game. This would be like FRAPS, RTSS, etc.

I don't have any applications which attachs to the game. I am not using any kind of streaming, just normal playing. I also disabled overlays from other apps, like GoG, Origin, Steam, Discord, Geforce, etc.

Even there are no games running, CHTrainer is using around %3-4 GPU along with Desktop Window Manager.

Also for testing I changed my security provider from Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows to Bitdefender Total Security, added all trainer files into exception list (both AV scans and Advanced Threat Protection, and also Cheathappens\Work folder into AV exception. I have all Windows updates with optional updates installed, and I am using Geforce driver 466.27.

3-4% GPU is nothing. Going from Kaspersky to BitDefender is like taking 20 steps backwards.

%3-4 GPU usage is when there is no game running and trainer is not active. It hits %77-80 when I activate the trainer.

It's something unique to your setup as it's not normal behavior and all others are not reporting it.
