Yes, uncheck that box. Also be sure you have the right trainer as there are 2.

Sooooo........... The title of the game I'm playing is given as "Metro Exodus PC Enhanced Edition" on the icon located on the game shelves of my Steam Library. So I downloaded the Metro Exodus Enhanced edition trainer. The game list sidebar lists the game as simply "Metro Exodus". I substituted the Metro Exodus trainer and that worked perfectly.
