Did you extract all files from the zip file into a folder excluded to your antivirus / windows defender? also make sure to run Aurora as admin.

Hello, yes, I have done all those things, is there a trainer I could use that does not require the Aurora, Aurora used to work but something happens recently that caused a problem.

nope, all new/updated trainers are only on Aurora

I am also having issues with the trainer crashing the game. The game will run fine for a while and randomly crash. I only use god mode and no reload, since unlimited ammo doesn't work.

I use aurora. And before it's asked; yes I run both as admin, it was installed correctly, I have uninstalled and re-installed both the trainer and game, and I have this issue on the RE4R trainer also.
