Right now the game has a built in god and noclipping mode and server side loot and experience multipliers. Since they dont do MP trainers anyway here, the only SP option is to host and make the game private. Just make sure you give yourself Admin rights and enable the console once you log into your server under game options.

GodMode 1 = You take no damage
Fly 1 = Flying and noclip (seems to disable AI too)
Theres more, just hit space in console to see the list. And on server selection, to the right before you launch you can change the multiplier for resources and loot and loot respawn to make the game less grindy. Should be enough for most without ruining the game, it is for me at least.
