In this case please, first see if the trainer readme contains special instructions about this. Otherwise close all game processes you find in the taskmanager and try again.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I can confirm that "Free Shopping" is not working with the latest version.

Besides that, I'm missing real trainer functions like
- Godmode (in training arena)
- No overheat in battle (also training arena)
- Item Editor (shop)
- Add Money
- Add Reputation

The only thing which works is: Unlimited Fuel (for the workbenches)
