I wanna go back to play in coop.. so i am about to restore the initial eac file. Is there anything else I need to do, so I dont get flagged?
i hate to be the bearer of bad news.. but you already are flagged. their back end data pulls already knows, so you will only play with "branded" cheaters who want to play multiplayer, OR with direct invites from your friends list.. have fun!
The backend data tracks the god mode? Or do you mean the removed eac file?
because i didnt use stuff like legendary loot or the editor..
Is there any way to know for sure whether you are branded/flagged? or does using the trainer at all already mean that you are flagged?
And I can play with my friends right? So do I need to do something to avoid issues during those session? remove files somewhere?
Yes to the god mode, yes to the file verification checks (modded, edited or removed files = branded).
Yes, you will know if you get some pop-up saying something about a long wait time or something about non-priority? I think? unsure tbh, I am not a co-op guy, but in this thread a few have spoken about the pop-up.
From what i have read, at least for now, you can direct invite from your steam friends list to play, but trying to co-op with random people, you will only get the pool of folks who are "known cheaters" who want to co-op. This is from what I have read, and is as with everything, subject to change at any time. Good luck.
So in regards of your friends can invite you. I just want to verify. Can you just join on friends still. Also can friends just join on you?
it should work both ways, like i stated, not a co-op player, so I do not know anything first hand, only what i have read by other players. Only way to find out for sure, is to try yourself, and to be clear, this is only for the STEAM version of the game.
Also, like I advised to @Wildwoodranger, before grouping with anyone who hasn't used a trainer, you should out of respect for that player, let them know you have used a trainer and there may be a possibility that they will be flagged due to that. Also, as everyone has said, don't use the trainer in any co-op situation, getting flagged by association isn't a good way to have fun, especially if they didn't know or aren't a fan of them.
Does anyone have the watermark active currently that can show it. Is it not a thing yet? I'm just curious like I'm going to wait until I get bored with the game to hack or anything but I kind of want to for the Legendaries so I can get the perks.
PCF hasn't implemented the watermark yet. They said they will do it in a "future patch", this patch unknown when this patch will happen, or even if this watermark will even happen tbh.. my thoughts, and this is pure speculation, i doubt any "watermark" will even be implemented... they have so many other issues going on atm, and quite honestly, when the Developer says, "we know people are cheating, and don't honestly care, you will just play with others like you." they have just said, we just want $$ and for our player base to have fun.. but watermark or not. its not in yet, and nobody knows when or if it will happen or how intrusive it will be (big and/or visible).
Try deleting C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Madness it's probably full of garbage trying to be sent to the servers along with crash reports and probably info you don't want them to have.

Please delete the trainer, custom keys, debug folder where the trainer resides and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.
This cleaner is also part of the new Cheat Happens Trainer Manager 2.0, it is found in the settings and has an easy to use one button click feature.

I tried it, same result.. i think their EAC might have had a update or maybe the game checks the eac file during authentication now, since im not the only one having the issue and it came out of nowhere :S

Just woke up and booted pc to see your comment.
Trainer working fine for me, perhaps something for you to try is after replacing default EAC with CH EAC, run the trainer and click 'Launch Game' from their menu instead.
see if that helps, trainer just loaded in fine for me.
