The newer trainers don't even start. I read and tried everything but its a nogo. I also have a second computer. Its it ok to download trainers to my second computer.

When they won't even start it is usually a virus scanner issue.

Have both 3.1 and latest .NET CORE and FRAMEWORK

(Both of the Net-Core MUST be installed x86 and x64)

Reboot PC When done.

If they still don't start after tall these are installed, Dakkatakk is right, usually your security software.

Extract trainer and make sure trainer/launcher/editor is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed or set anything trainer related (paths and EXE's) to ALLOW. Disable any Live/Active/Real-Time tools which may trigger false positives in security software which may terminate the game/trainer when it's activated or options used.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens

may need to be added to exclusions as well. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again.

Note: Exclusions may need to be added to both Widows Defender and any 3rd party software you use.

Did everything, and nothing. There's good news, trainers work on my other computer.
Any answers are welcome as to why this is. I'm gonna install all games in my other computer. And download the trainers from there too. You guys are great. Windows defender on this computer doesn't even show the files in quarantine or nothing else.
The trainers do show a shield on it's icon. Don't know what that means.

Clearing Windows Defender protection history, delete all in folder

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service

Next, open Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings.
Toggle the button to Off then to On again for Real-Time protection and Cloud-delivered protection.

Thanks, but no changes. I installed steam on my other computer, and downloading my games there, then i'm gonna test all the trainers. I'll let you guys know how it went.

any 3rd party security, malware protection or other anti-virus at all?

Can always run the SFC tool make sure Windows is OK, the last few Windows updates have not gone so well, then again they never really do...

No third party malware or antivirus. I ran a scan yesterday, along with a defragment, but to no avail. This computer does have problems. I put this computer toguether from diffrent parts. But i really think its the updates. I bought a better computer to replace this one. Be getting it on March 3. Its exactly like my other one. Ill keep you guys updated.
