For everyone using the newest version of the trainer here's what I've learned so far

1. The trainer CANNOT be open at all when starting or finishing a mission, the game will crash.
1 a. Wait until after you land when the mission starts then hit Esc and alt+tab out open the trainer, hit f1 and then go back to the game and unpause it then hit esc again to pause it, then alt+tab to trainer and then you set options for what you want for battle
1 b. before the end of the count down at the end of the mission hit esc and alt+tab out and close the trainer completely.

2. some materials aren't listed in the trainer and in an effort to get those materials cheated I learned NOT TO USE cosmos or CoSMOS while using the trainer, I've tried several ways and it just keeps crashing.
