The chase scenes are terrible in this game. I'm really hoping y'all are able to figure out how to hack those values because they're obfuscated really well.

I've tried scanning for my own stamina bar and the opponent's, and the closest I managed to get is that the opponent's bar seems to be a multiple of 25 based on the number of hits it takes to bring them down. For instance, the snake flower officer requires 8 hits to take down and there's a float value that starts at 200 and goes down by 25 each time. But it must be deriving that from someplace else because editing the value just immediately gets overwritten by the game. Trying to debug that with Cosmos to see what's accessing it causes the game to become unstable and crash if I try to detach the debugger to check different values.

I'm hoping the request I sent through is doable. I'm currently stuck in the game and unable to progress past the chapter 8 chase scene in hard mode.

I believe the numbers I found correlate to the UI, specifically, and it's possible the base numbers are in a different address on each race which makes hunting them down difficult. In the included save (for Steam), if you go to the substory located next to Kanrai, the starting values for both bars are a float of 150 on hard mode. Kiryu's bar goes down gradually as he sprints, whereas the opponent's bar goes down by 25 each time, and the bars do start at different lengths depending on different opponents which tells me they probably do a simple 25x what the base value is when drawing the UI. But so far I haven't been able to prove what the base value actually is.

I managed to cheese the chase scenes in this game by lowering the speed to 0.5. They're still hard as heck, but it's a lot easier to dodge obstacles in slo-mo. As for the option I had submitted, I was referring to the opponent "health" in the chase minigame which is separate from the health in regular fights, but duly noted about not requesting multiple options in a single request even if they're intertwined. So yeah, if anyone else runs into issues with those, I strongly recommend playing with the game speed.

The invincibility option makes some of the barriers in the game invincible too. This means you can't progress as you cannot break them. Turning off the cheat and/or loading a save doesn't fix this and I had to restart the game.

Do you mean "restart the game" as in start a brand new playthrough? Or restart the game from the desktop?

I sure hope that isn't baked into my save file if the former, it was a pain learning how to shoot 9 ball pool for that early side story.

Hi there. I recently installed Windows 11 and now when I try to use this trainer, I get an error message saying I must first install .NET Core. So, I downloaded both the 32 n 64 bit versions and I kept getting the same error. So I downloaded from microsoft the .NET core for Windows 11 and I'm still getting this error. I've tried another trainer from here for a different game and this happens as well. And yes, I did restart the computer after instalation. Anybody got any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks

Please download and install / repair the following .NET requirements:

.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64: Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86: Link
.NET Core Runtime x64: Link
.NET Core Runtime x86: Link

(Both x86 and x64 of the .Net Core MUST be installed)

Reboot PC when done.
