Is there a reason in the game for resetting the skills to 50% ? Like are they capped at 50% ? Is there any negative effect causing the 50% ?
It sounds to me the trainer is doing its job so there is nothing to "fix". Its more like something else (in the game) is overriding what the trainer did. Which is impossible for me to work on if I dont know what it is and I dont have any savegame.

I do not know about any reasons. Pretty sure that there is no negative effect.
I attach my savegame. It is only a few weeks after gamestart.
If there is nothing you can do about, so be it. Not the end of the world.
Do you attach it to your report or here in the board? Because I dont see any attachment here on the board. In both way make sure to ZIP or RAR the file before.
yeah sorry, i did attached it in my first reply but forgot to zip it.
Meanwhile I deleted all older saves and started a new game, where only the CEO (aka myself) got the skills set to max. And since that is working out fine for me, I am in no need of an update.
And the rest of the trainer works perfectly fine.
So thanks again for all the work and afford you guys put in here. 💛
