Might it be possible to remove the Hub from the craft options. I often find myself with a Hub built and a near full inventory of Hub parts... not sure how since it happens without actually moving the Hub, but I am close to having a full 48 compartments of Hub parts and since they do not stack it is becoming an issue.
I do believe it has something to do with reloading a save with the fast craft option activated and a Hub already having been built.

you can open your save file in the satisfactory-calculator interactive map after depositing all the hub parts in a container and you can delete them from that website
