I was wondering when you should create a new offline key? I had an offline key that I was trying to use yesterday and it wasn't working at all. Once the website came back online, I created a new offline key, and then all my trainers were able to work offline again (disconnected my internet to make sure). Now I haven't created a new offline key since 2017, and honestly, it wasn't really needed, so I never tested the old one I had. When do you need to request a new offline key? Is it if I make any changes to the internal components of the computer (a new gpu, cpu, etc.), or is it something else? Just want to make sure I don't run into any problems in the future. I only had to make a new offline key everytime i reset the computer.

If your old Key was made from a pervious Computer Reset then you may have to make a new key. it should automatically tell you if you need a new key when you use the offline function.

It automatically asks you to do a new key when you reset your computer everytime.

When you say reset, do you mean a fresh install of your OS? I haven't done a fresh OS install in a really long time. Just want to clarify. Thanks!

If you change your OS, or change any Hardware, its suggested to get a fresh offline key.
