Crysis Remastered Message Board  

I just tried the Crysis Remastered and found it has included an Anti-Trainer code that will just kill you at almost every Checkpoint in the game. When the game gets to the Checkpoint and starts loading, you just drop dead at that point. You have to restart at the last checkpoint to continue! Screw companies that do this! On a Single player game, there is NO EXCUSE for this crap!
Stay away from this one.

I should have mentioned that this was purchased at the Epic Store. Don't know if it is different from another source.

So what could it be? Only thing I have ever heard with similar issues is back in the day during GTA 4 and the first Arkham game. If the user pirated GTA 4 the screen would constantly bob and weave like a drunk person would see. For Arkham Batman wouldn't jump or use certain gadgets. Maybe it is just Crysis. I read that the game is a broken mess anyway.

Does that game has an online mode? if so then play it offline, or block the executable at the firewall. Many companies with online mode see trainers and cheating tools as a no no even when you don't play with them online. For example GTA had the famous "I am a cheater" hat placed on anyone who used any cheating tool while playing with the game phoning home.

Just try playing the game with the ethernet pulled or the game blocked via firewall and report back.
