does Upgrading a Account support Ideal? since i don't have a Credit/Debit Card and don't live in America.

you would need to start the process and see if it is listed, then either continue to upgrade or back out. Different plans use different methods of payment as they depend on if it is recurring or not.

No, the trainers only work if you have an active premium membership.

Since your location is "Other" it's very hard to give you clues...but PayPal is available in more than 200 countries and regions.
