Halo: The Master Chief Collection Message Board  

so i bought the halo master chief collection and downloaded this trainer for it.. currently playing from beginning so playing reach.. but when trying to activate trainer it says failed and writes in the debug: Collect Player Base, Script error in line 11: The module name 'Halo3odst.dll' does not exist!

can any one tell me what to do to get trainer working?

That's the trainer for ODST, are you playing ODST?

Every game has it's own trainer so read the name of each trainer on the list before downloading. You need to get the right one for the right game. To see entire list scroll down to the big red bar that say CLICK TO SHOW MORE TRAINERS.

Yeap, just as Cy explained and it works fine, too. I just finished Reach a couple of weeks ago using it.

ah ok ill try that... i just thought downloading the newest trainer for the game called master chief collection would do the trick... and that it then would work with all the games within...

then why not just make a trainer for each game individually and post them as the games name ex. Halo Reach, halo 2 etc....?? im not that technically i just go look for a trainer for the name of the game i have.. so when i have the game master chief collection i go look for a trainer for that game, hence i found one and thought ok.. this is the latest trainer for THAT game.

It was not known at the time of release that each game in the collection would need it's own trainer. Just gonna have to roll with it.
