is it possible to get a trainer for this game for Xbox GamePass so it works with my version of the game? or do we not have enough of the community that plays on that store?

No, we declined to make a trainer for the Gamepass version. So far we have made *124 TRAINERS* for the Steam version alone. We don't care to repeat that for another distribution. Game still patches weekly or multiple times weekly. Sorry.
