They answered early in the post a couple times I think. Steam is first. They will consider other platforms if the Steam version does not work for the others. So if Steam version does not work then you still have to wait if not on Steam

gotta love the impatience of some people. Most games get a trainer day of release or a day later max. If it is a problematic game it might take them a whole two or even three days! shock! horror!

The game is technically not released for everyone until tomorrow, and for those of us lucky enough to already have access, just set the game up, get a couple save files going, explore a bit, have fun, then when the trainer drops soon, the fun REALLY begins!

Game releases midnight Zulu time for everyone right?

Agree, patience ffs... learn to appreciate and be grateful, this game makes me happy and so does the team at CH - how many businesses do you work with that deliver every single day faithfully for nearly two decades?

AFAIK the GOG (intrusive DRM - free) version has been out for a tad over 6 hours globally.
I dunno about steam which I didn't use because A/ Their release schedule is sometimes arbitrary plus the server speeds are equally inconsistent and
B/ If there is any chance of a distribution screw-up steam will find it.

I accept GOG can be lousy when it comes to early release for games short of sufficient $$$'s to complete the game therefore many, many patches have to be customised then distributed, causing GOG to get behind - eg Wolcen, but when the game is a major release particularly a CD Projekt Red release GOG cannot be faulted for getting the game, patches and the eventual no extra charge, enhanced edition out to us b4 anyone else.
Therefore I will be more that a little disappointed if the initial patch doesn't work for the GOG release.
I doubt that will happen. My biggest concern is that all of the trainer makers will be confronted by a game that will updating frequently for the first couple of weeks.
Preventing a game from updating is a lot easier with GOG than steam.

I personally think that the trainer should've been released 2 weeks before the game was released. I mean, come on. I don't know how you expect us to EVER play a game without cheating. Absolutely ridiculous IMO.

Only 2 weeks? It should be out before the game concept is thought of, and they should build the game around the cheats!

However long it takes, this community appreciates the team and all the work ya'll do. Thanks all!
