You can get the game for 39.31.- Euro on the play-asia.com website, a Hong Kong company. It is a GOG digital redeem code. i bought it and its status is on Preorder / Backorder, i think you don't actually get it until the game comes out.

23€ via VPN on the russian Page of gog.com. Game allready installed in my GOG-Client, I could choose Language and decided for me to german, so it seems to be global version of the game on GOG.
