We have a tool that picks random names from the online list. some people have more luck then others, nothing we can do about that.
Well, I mean you could remove winners from the following draws. Just saying.
We could do that yea, we could also remove you from the entire giveaway.
You would remove a paying member simply for asking a question? I wasn't rude or anything.

It is inertly rude to complain about a giveaway that you are not paying for. This is an extra freebie the team is doing for the community and it is disheartening to see people complain about all the extra work they are doing to create fun and interactive experiences. I understand your frustration but the team posted the rules and everyone who follows the rules has a fair shot at winning. My apologies if this post seems critical but it would be better to suggest this privately as an enhancement then publicly when it appears like a complaint.
