Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi all, nothing urgent just a few quick questions about avatars that I couldn't find an answer to after a brief search.

I currently have a custom avatar (thanks to Nevermore for his lovely and quick work).

If I were to ever change my avatar to one from the regular list would my custom one still be accessible in the custom avatar section?

If I were to ever change my current custom avatar to another custom avatar would my current one be overwritten or would it still be accessible somewhere without needing to purchase a custom avatar again/use a custom avatar prize?

If I were to create my own custom avatar can I upload and apply it myself or do I need to name it user_2231861.jpg and give it to a staff member to apply? If so is there anyone in particular it's best to send it to?
