Read the post above yours, make sure you have the correct dated version. And would not hurt to verify game files.
yup, i did every steps you asked for, these features doesnt work for me, it's not a big deal, i just warn you
btw, i cant explain why with a new game it doesnt work, but other features are ok (other = health, stamina, power, underwater and unlimited use item)
You may need to verify the game files and run it once without a trainer/launcher and close it. Then replace launcher run game with trainer and try it again.

Hey guys. Having an issue using the inv mod. Not working anymore since the new update.
I use the Trainer Manager and I was having the same issues as well since the updated trainer on the 27th. I tried everything, and followed all the instructions to delete certain folder locations, made a batch file, etc.
What DID work for me was, I downloaded the trainer to my downloads folder (not directly into the My Trainers folder to automatically unzip contents) and unzipped it in the downloads folder. I just set the trainer onto my desktop, Run as Administrator, and now everything runs and operates as intended (including the Item Inventory option)
Hope something this simple helps someone, as it took me way too long to do it myself.
