Bounty for both SCPD and Violator currently does not seem to show up correctly yes im having the same issue above and im running it on steam like it says and when i put wat amount of bounty i want it freezes the game and shuts it down but the other parts of the trainer works fine except the bounty that doesn't work i even tried it in the main menu where u see the speed wall it doesn't even go up at all only freezes
Setting bounty too high maybe? Try something low then work your way up. Maybe there is a restriction on the amount.

Don't have the game so you will need to play around with the values yourself. Look at the current values then set all showing digits to 9 ( 1000 to 9999 ), if it takes, add another digit ( 99999 ), rinse and repeat.
why does it say freeze bounty for wats the purpose in that and wats the key 2 activate the bounty values?
You can lock the values in the editor. Probably best not to do that
