As noted in the topic if you have a vpn and set it to japan you can play it right now.

can confirm, doing this right now, vpn set to japan, watch dogs set to london, brain set to dead and my day is done.

Have you guys encountered that EAC stuff like the second game had?
I like to use CH trainers when I stream on Twitch :)

There is, but i believe it's the same as watch dogs 2 which we got a workaround for in that trainer, perhaps it'll work for this game too?

Playing the game here in england now with NO vpn..
