No Team Damage:
Toggle on and most things cannot harm you.
Invisible Player:
Toggle on AFTER mission starts and during parts of the mission you need to get past enemies but not attack. This will allow you to sneak around without having to attack. You actually CANNOT attack while this is on. Alternatively, you can toggle this on BEFORE you enter the mission and all enemy units will be on the ground passed out. Toggle back OFF then you can knife them and kill them easily or move about without having to attack or fight. Experiment to see what works best.
No Reload:
May not work with all weapons. Toggle on and the current clip is locked at 9 bullets when the team begins to attack.
Game Speed:
Toggle on to affect game speed.
Slot 1:
These slots are the slots you see when you are moving about in the game and can activate an item (like ROCKS or BANDAGES). Place an item here then you can modify how much of it you have. If you have one ROCK, edit this, then you have more of that item.
Food:
For the values for FOOD and MATERIALS to show up, you should SAVE YOUR GAME and the values will display.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
VR Mode

HTC Vive
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with your keyboard. Put your HTC Vive on and when you are ingame press the 'Menu' button on the hand controllers to open the steam overlay. At the bottom you can click on the 'Desktop' button and you can easily press options on the trainer with your hand controller now.
Oculus Rift
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Open Oculus dashboard and click on 'Oculus Desktop', now press the buttons on the trainer to toggle the cheats.
