    This is sadly a know bug with the game. It recounts the number whenever you change something so it freezes you since it can't count correct.

    noticed that earlier, I just changed it back and dropped something for it o re-calc and was able to move again once below normal weight threshold so can still be used to ferry a lo of stuff from point a to b

    Now that the patch is out and the game actually pauses inventory editing is now working properly on new map.

    I think there should be a rule if the game updates all the time it should only receive one trainer update a week. and if the game updates right after that tough luck find a finished game to play for a week.
