The latest update erases my save data...
I have tried three times and every time i have the trainer activated and save and leave the game the game data will always be deleted and all progress is reset to a new game state
the save files are there just the data is reset to the beginning of the game... only affects games that the trainer is used on

That almost sounds like some sort of anti-cheat function they have built in. I suggest you try to verify the game and check if it still does the same.
If it is still doing the same after a reinstall/verify then I recommend posting it in an update request for us so we can have a look at it.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Initial release of trainer with seamless the trainer prevents Saving the game and will also corrupt the save files made previously... Deleting any progress on any save made previously starting you back to square one....
The only work around to the issue is that you have to exit out of the trainer completely

After testing this out for myself, I haven't found anything out of the ordinary thus far. Craftopia doesn't have any anti-cheat system so it's not that. This is one of those rare cases where something along the lines f'ed up.
I want to ask though, is the "No Iteam Durability Loss" function really needed anymore now that there isn't any item durability? Just asking because if not, might as well take that function out of the trainer.

From what i tell they replaced Durability with a new system "USING" something that is called Durability Points that you have to interact with a NCP called a "Extractor Paracelsus" to do something to the weapons, Armor, Tools, and other objects... that are using the new system.... I have yet to reach 100 on anything yet to know what its for
