"Weak Enemies" not working on Ultra Hard

I feel like enemies still need an awful lot of damage dealt to them...
Anyone else?

Well, it is called "Ultra Hard Mode" for a reason...

The option it likely tied to the HUD showing their health bar. If that health bar is not present for ultra hard mode, then the option wont work.

There is no way to "fix" this, if so, since the option requires the health bar to intercept the enemy health.

Yes, mentioned the same. I played one run through on "hard" and then with new game plus and better weapons/equipment It'll be much easier on "ultra hard".🙂
