Those builds are internal to steam they aren't patches. The game has had 3 patches and a hotfix since September. They patch once a month unless there is a hotfix.
At this point, I'm fairly certain this game has been completely forgotten about, which is a shame.

I think there's a misunderstanding about patches.
They have stuck to their 1 patch/month schedule and only needed one hotfix.
During the beta we were seeing 2/week sometimes which makes sense why they would put it on hold.
