When i go to extract trainer, i get an error message saying that the archive is damaged. I've downloaded the trainer 4 times. Each time i try to extract i get the same message. Is there a fix to this problem? Thank you.

Just tried it and ran it, works fine. Make sure trainer is downloaded to a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed.
