never mind. so i figured out why its not working for some. You need to do a complete uninstall. once u uninstall the game go into the save file area in Appdata and delete the whole file. do the same in the steam common file. then re-install. Probably something to do with all the changes they made to the game.
Tried it complete reinstall and clearing the appdata nothing helps the oxygen still drops. All the other options work fine but the Unlimited Oxygen I just can't get to function.

do what i said in previus post and you shud be fine
Oxygen function did not work for me until I reached around level 5. Since then (I am now at level 10), it works just fine.
I just hit rank 5 and bought the oxygen upgrade to see if that had anything to do with it. Unfortunately, nothing changed.
Edit: Quit the game and re-launched. Now it seems to work. So... Hit rank 5, buy oxygen, quit and relaunch is the fix?

I didn't buy any oxygen perk and didn't need to restart for it to work for me... so no idea, what exactly causes it to work.
