Just a message, when poisoned with parasites, there isn't an option to vomit out the bugs via eating a herb to do so. This is due to the health being fine always. Has anyone else run into this issue too? I have tried reloading the game without the trainer too to find a workaround and that isnt working either.

Using the unlimited health option triggers this issue. and cannot be rolled back.
I am trying to get some bugs to damage me alot to bring health down as i think umlimited health = 9999 hp rather than say 100 hp
Can we have option to reset health please guys? Otherwise it means a complete game restart from this as it's a scripted cutscene.

I did the 4 breakers and then exited the place, Jill threw up.

I tried doing the breakers but got an insta-death cutscene due to the parasite. Is there anyway to survive long to do the breakers?
So, I just have one question about the Complete Challenges option.
Does using the option also give you the proper Shop points?
I have no idea what shop points are or where to use them or even how to know if I have them or where they are visually noted.
It might be nice to have a save if this is like 10 hours into the game or something.
I would also need to know where saves go, etc.
