I don't know if I am doing something wrong when I press " the DASH " button ( left shift ) nothing happens he seems to stay where he is. Maybe because I am an old geezer (74) I shouldn't be playing these games at my age and should be in an old peoples home. It keeps me young what am I doing wrong. could somebody tell me what I should do

You first have to acquire the Dash ability in the second level, Exultia. You can google for the details on the mission itself and the specifics on where to look for the Dash ability.
Can anyone explain to me how to make the add easy XP feature to get event xp? I read some of the previous posts, but I am not clear on how to make it work properly. All the XP cheat does is add visual points that don’t unlock any rewards and reset the points after the game is restarted. Thanks.
I also noticed that the newest trainer is (04.02.2020) but when I open the trainer it says 3-26-2020
You can't do anything about the XP sadly as it seems to be server sided,
You can add as much as you want and you may THINK you've unlocked stuff but you havnt it just increases the visual value but not properly
All i would advise is to replay levels as much as possible and complete the challenges to boost up the XP levels yourself

Can also confirm the listed latest trainer when opened does display 26-03-2020 and not the date listed for the most recent update on the site which is 02-04-2020

Start on a new save slot and complete the first level, then unlock all missions and play sentinel prime, after you are finished, delete the save, rinse and repeat.
