Hey great work as always. I bought SOD2JE through the Microsoft store and tried running the latest game pass trainer but I kept getting cannot find game. I did the usual trouble shooting but nothing worked. The only thing I found the could be the issue is in the trainer settings for the game pass version the path is set to steam://rungameid/495420. Could changing the path fix the issue?
Try using the Steam trainer, they might be reversed.

yeah tried all that it just cant access the launching of game I checked the permissions on the file and everything even deactivated my antivirus still says access denied. I started game normal and says it cant find game even though tried both trainers.
Delete trainer and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and
make sure trainer is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed.
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens
may need to be added to exclusions as well. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again.

Have both latest CORE Link (Both of the Net-Core MUST be installed x86 and x64) and FRAMEWORK Link from Microsoft.

if you mean you tried to launch the game folder you can make a shortcut that works by pressing the Windows key + R then type shell:AppsFolder and then search for State of Decay 2 in the list and drag it on the desktop fixed that problem for me
oh and if you press F1 ingame and it says game not found try the other version of the trainer by that i mean if you have the window version try the steam version
