State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition Message Board  

I was wondering if anyone else is running into the issue where the unlimited ammo function seems to suddenly stop working. I have even tried to disable and re-enable it and nothing. Only thing that seems to fix it is restarting the game entirely. Also I have noticed that if you enter a base or reach a checkpoint, the changes made the the melee weapon revert back to their original stats.

Has anyone else seen something similar?

Other than that I am loving this trainer.

Edit: This has happened in both Heartland and the normal campaign.

Sounds like the game is unloading memory/addresses it does not need and reloading them back as default at certain points.

Do I need to submit that as a report for you guys or is that something I can change on my end?

So I've been playing this game a lot lately with a buddy. I decided to use the trainer and edit the number of bullets I had so I did that and it worked so I closed the game and the trainer. Now when I try to play with my buddy (no trainers or anything), he lags like crazy and I get "session error" and it kicks him. We can't play the game we've been in for many many hours anymore. Is there a remedy to this? Has anyone else seen this bug?
I can join his games and it works fine, even with the same community, but when I try to host our original game - session errors. Anyone have any ideas?

Edit: I have the Microsoft store version. Zero problems using the trainer solo. Also, uninstalling the game and reinstalling doesn't help.

It's possible your profile is now out of sync or maybe corrupt, either within the cloud save or in the server/PC you play with your friend on.

Yeah, I get that, I just didn't know if this was a known issue. If not, then people should definitely be warned that once they use the trainer they can't host that community in multiplayer. I don't use trainers in multiplayer as a rule, but I did log in solo and try to add bullets and now the game we spent many hours working on can't be played.

Any suggestions of things to try?

Not sure if the game has something like a "persistent profile" which is kinda like a copy of your character save used on servers. Try deleting that/those and let it re-save you current one again. Don't have the game so can't be much more help.

Just to update on this issue...

The game was unplayable with my friend for about 2 days. On day 3 (we tried every day), it started working again. So I have no idea what the deal was, but it worked out.
