Formatted and restored image from November 2019 before MS updates of terror hit. Got same issue where ores changed in main menu but not the npc. This again is the Steam version. Im going to try using Cosmos to find the area in memory and attempt a change this way, but wanted to mention since some others have had the same repeated issue as well. Im wondering when they started over and said this worked if they modified the ore at the outset of starting fresh, or changed it when they got to the npc. Have a feeling the issue is the result of the address being accessed changing as game is played which has happened to me sometimes where if it didn't matter to start over, I just modified the game with the stats I wanted in the beginning, then it didn't matter as I moved on if it moved. The fact that when I change the ore, it's affecting the limit as well tells me the address shifted. Not much can be done if this is the case, but if I do find a work around using CosMos, Ill post it here.

I am 100% correct. Problem is memory address moving. Tested it 3 different games and location was never the same, nor easily pointed out. Like saying go up 20 lines. I did find out something very beneficial though, so putting a request in. Its a debug mode.

Latest Steam version of the trainer downloads Windows Store version and "cannot find game".

The ore issue is with the windows/gamepass version as well. Seems to only change it visually in the pause menu and not actually in Grom's shop.

I have the steam version. I've tried everything in this thread. Yes I downloaded the right trainer. The game is fully up to date. The only cheat I've tried to use is super damage. I've only been able to get it to run for ~20-30 seconds before crashing. Each crash happens the instant an enemy is hit. Whether that be the 1st or 21st. Perhaps it's using damage values that are too crazy?

Problems with Editor Options for Inventory Item: Ores.

Before speaking to Grom I have 5 ores. I then spoke to Grom and used one ore leaving me with 4. I then went into the editor and changed the value for ores to 40 and froze it. Then I went back to the game and noticed that the value in the top right corner still said 4. Then I exited dialogue with Grom and checked my inventory and it said I somehow have 104/236. I then spoke to Grom again and spent the remaining 4 that I had and then the game crashed.

I tried using the Trainer Update Notification System, but keep getting a 404 line error or something.

Update request button is working for me on my end. Also I don't see any activity for updates on the steam database since the May 15th patch. I would also not advise editing values in a game action/dialog screen as it is probably just visual, edit it in a game menu screen.
