BEcaUSe THatS HoW it WORKs.

I am using the steam version, so I already downloaded the update the other day, and I am using the CE 03.04.2020 version, which is the Halo: Combat Evolved version and still getting this problem. I have replaced the mcclauncher.exe and I am running the trainer as admin. I also verified all of my Halo files through steam to make sure there was not an update I was missing.

Update: Apparently the new update has to be installed from within the game itself, which I have never seen before. I figured that when I downloaded the almost 10GB update two days ago that would be it, but of course they had to make it complicated. Will update once the new 6.5GB update is finished.

Update 2: That resolved the issue, everything working fine now

WHY WE NEED TO PAY OUR BILLS?

I was excited to try this out straight away but I encountered something strange when using option one and two, I decided to head onto legendary with a few skulls on but unlimited health and shields seem to not work.

UPDATE: Seems if you save and quit back to the menu, the options don't work unless you relaunch the trainer.

I've noticed this myself as well, not a major issue but annoying none the less.

EDIT: removed info that isn't to do with the trainer to avoid confusion

So yeah, I got the same thing as priced4evil and his note of installing ce inside the game seems to be the same for me as well... this is uhh... different. I also thought that installed that steam update was enough, but you gotta install ingame as well...

Hello,

I installed the latest update of the new Halo CE Anniversary from Steam and I updated this trainer to the latest as well. No matter what combination of steps I take to troubleshoot, I get the following error when trying to activate the trainer:

"Collect Player, Script error in line 12: The module name 'halo1.dll' does not exist!"

Not sure why this file isn't there. I have not modified anything.

Anybody experience this?
